Angela Gossow Urach
Angela Gossow, born in Cologne to Christian parents, was the youngest of three siblings and brothers. She was 17 when her parents split up. The company they owned failed and caused additional financial difficulties. Financial problems are exacerbated by her anorexia and bipolar disorder. About her decision to quit as the singer of ARCH ENEMY Gossow explained that there's an appropriate time and space for all things. The first time I was on the road was in 1991. My enthusiasm for it was slowly slipping away. It was more convenient to quit than to keep doing what I was told to do. The original frontwoman of this band was Johan Liiva. She was changed in 2000 to German singer Angela Gossow. The song was first recorded in the form of Australian singer John Farnham in 1986.
